NJ Small Moves was established in 2016 by two owners with extensive experience in the moving industry. Our company operates from two locations, Middletown and Piscataway, in New Jersey. From the beginning, we’ve dedicated ourselves to becoming New Jersey’s leading small move specialists while also handling larger moves with our ample manpower and fleet of trucks. We offer a full range of affordable services to both the residential and commercial sectors within a 500-mile radius. Mini Move:
Service:
  • 2 Pro Movers with Furniture Pads, Shrink Wrap, Moving Equipment and a 17’ Box Truck for up to Two Hours within a Ten Mile Radius
Minimum Hours:
  • Two hour minimum; Time starts when the men arrive at the job and terminates when the move is completed.
Weekend, After Hour, and Peak Date Moves:
  • A four hour minimum applies.
Labor Rates Thereafter:
  • 2 men: $75.00 for each ½ hour (30 minutes)
Tip: Our rates are structured in a way so regardless of how many men are on the move the final charges will basically be the same. Additional movers don’t necessarily end up costing more because they will finish faster. Thus, the final charges would be the same. Conversely, less men will take longer but the hourly rate is cheaper.

Please be as accurate as possible. Understand your quote is only as accurate as the info provided. Provide details and itemize each piece in every room i.e., sofa, bookcase, microwave, exercise bike, etc. After you complete the rooms there's a section to include the number of boxes you expect to need moved by us. A typical one bedroom apartment will have about 25 boxes and a typical two bedroom apartment will have about 40 boxes.

Ray, Felix and Marquis were the men who did my move. I have never experienced such professionalism with these men and the owner Gabe was incredible. Worked with me through the whole process. These men worked in the pouring rain and from start to finish it took two hours since I was only going half hour away. Ray was amazing and separated the boxes with my winter things since I will be moving again in few months to my permanent location. These men went above and beyond. The things I had in my car they even unloaded. I will highly recommend this moving company. I’m sure all the men working for this company are fantastic but I have nothing but praise for them.
